Preparation of Software Design Documentation
This documentation provides all the information required by the system programmer for the development of the application software or software configuration for the control system taking into consideration of features of the specific system and required functionality.
Generally, it is comprised of the following:
- Technical description.
- Data for point configuration by I/O types.
- Group assignment per operator stations.
- Log formats.
- Description of calculation algorithms.
- Data and diagrams for graphic display of the HMI.
Development of the application software or software configuration.
We install and test the application software which was created based on the Software Design Documentation.
Participation and support for the on-site work
Upon request our software engineers take part in the test procedures(FAT – Factory Acceptance Test, SAT – Site Acceptance Test) and during the commissioning and start-up.
Test Run Analysis and evaluation, if requested.
Completion of the “As Built” Software Design Documentation.

Hence our company is a vendor independent system integrator, our colleagues have experience with the most commonly used DCS, PLC-SCADA control systems in the process industry.

| Yokogawa systems
The first Yokogawa system, our colleagues got familiar with was the Centum-V. Our software engineers were responsible for the maintenance and development of the system previously at MOL’s Danube Refinery. It was replaced by the UNIX- based Centum-CS, and afterwards by the Centum-CS3000 system which ran under Microsoft Windows. We have experience with these systems from small expansions to full system installations. During the Zuglotherm Gas Engine Power Plant project we had aquired the knowledge for integration of the Stardom system which combines the functionality of DCS with the PLC systems. | Honeywell systems
Due to our comprehensive maintenance and/or engineering knowledge of several generations of Honeywell DCS’s, from the TDC2000 to the recent Experion PKS we are prepared solve your process control needs with these systems as well.

Emerson’s Delta-V systems are installed at several plants of the MOL’s Danube Refinery. We could mention the Recirculating Water Works-2,-4 or the Gasoil Desulphurisation-3 Plants.
